Glennamarie Meenachi
Clinical Psychologist & Integrative Psychotherapist
Glennamarie is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist offering a warm, person-centered space for adolescents and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and a wide range of emotional and interpersonal concerns.

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, self-understanding, and personal growth. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, supported, and accepted without judgment.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in warmth, compassion, and respect. I believe healing begins when we offer ourselves the same kindness and care that we naturally extend to the people we love.
Areas of Support
I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, psychological, and interpersonal concerns. I support clients experiencing stress and burnout, self-esteem and body image difficulties, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, anger, and challenges with emotional regulation. I also work with individuals coping with trauma, adverse childhood experiences, grief and loss, family or interpersonal violence, abuse, bullying, and harassment. My work also extends to concerns such as OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
I believe that the experiences that lead you to therapy can be met with compassion, understanding, and acceptance. Together, we can gently explore your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while honoring your experience, strengths, and personal boundaries.
Therapeutic Approach
I see therapy as a collaborative journey, thoughtfully shaped around each person's unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, integrating them in ways that feel safe, meaningful, and relevant to you.
My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy (ET), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Art Therapy. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work alongside each client to find an approach that feels comfortable, supportive, and meaningful to their journey.
Who I Work With
I work with adolescents and adults through individual therapy sessions, offered both in person and online. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including expatriates and students.
I understand that each person comes to therapy with their own unique story, culture, values, and circumstances. I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and know that your experiences will be met with respect and understanding.
Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, adjusting to a new environment, managing personal challenges, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I am here to support you at a pace that feels right for you.
Professional Experience
I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and have received training in a range of evidence-based and integrative therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Art Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
I draw on these approaches flexibly, considering each client's individual needs, experiences, strengths, and goals. I am a member of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology, the Singapore Psychological Society, and the American Psychological Association, and am recognized as an Allied Health Practitioner.
